Last week’s corrections
Something is broken in your hotel room. You call the front desk.
There have been two times in Japan my hotel bathroom’s shower didn’t drain properly, but I think that’s the only issue I’ve ever had.
I could have sworn we had a sentence for this situation somewhere in Phase Two, but I’m having trouble finding it at the moment. Although I did come across this one from Unit 93:
Upon entering the bathroom, you see that the toilet is overflowing from a clog. You call out to your husband in the living room.
ねぇちょっと!トイレ溢れてるよ!!
ねぇ ちょっと! トイレ あふれてる よ!!
Hey! The toilet is overflowing!!
You wouldn’t be that casual with the hotel staff, of course. Anyway, I’m grateful this has never happened to me in a hotel.
