I missed a week again! We’ll be back home from Japan next week, so my schedule should go back to normal then… reducing the likelihood that I do this twice in a single month. *_*
Anyway, that means we get a double prompt again.

You just saw on TV that domestic flights in Japan are really cheap this month. You decide to text your friend to see if they want to go somewhere.

Last week’s corrections
You live in Kyoto, and some friends are visiting you. You’re having lunch at a small café, which has some Shōwa-era-style beer posters on the wall. Your friend asks you to ask the owner if he can purchase one. You signal to the owner when she’s nearby, and she comes over to your table.
This is something that happened to me personally. I’m naturally a pretty shy person, so I was very uncomfortable asking — and I don’t actually remember the specific words I used, though I’m sure I made lots of mistakes.
The old lady who owned the place ended up giving my friend a few extra posters she had in storage for free. Some people are really just incredibly generous.
Looks like the restaurant owner in all of your stories said no, though. ^_^
