Buying a shinkansen ticket

This week’s prompt

You’re at みどりの窓口[まどぐち], where they sell shinkansen tickets, at a train station in Tokyo. You want to buy a ticket to Kyoto. You go up to the counter.

(I’m not sure what みどりの窓口 is called in English. “Green window?” Or just “travel service center” or something like that?

Last week’s corrections

You’re at your Japanese mother-in-law’s house. She made a dish you really liked a few weeks ago, and you want to ask her to make it again, but you’re not sure what it’s called. You do your best to describe it to her.

Rei always talked about how her mom, who’s from Korea, made the best bibimbap. So I was repeatedly asking her mom to make it, but she always made other stuff instead. Eventually, I was saying things like:

いつビビンバ作ってくれんの？
いつ　ビビンバ　つくって　くれん　の？
When are you gonna make me bibimbap?

Which is probably too rude for most people talking to their mother-in-law in Japanese. Rei’s mom and I have a pretty close relationship, though, and this fits it.
