You’re at a toy store with your Japanese niece (or nephew). You want to let them know that they can pick out a toy, and you’ll buy it for them.

Last week’s corrections
Your spouse says they're going to go to the grocery store near your house real quick. You’re planning to make dinner tonight, but you forgot to buy a key ingredient when you went shopping yesterday.
The results are in. Everyone “forgot”:
eggs (2)
carrots
cheese (2)
butter
salt
udon noodles
If we all teamed up, we could make some cheesy, buttery, salty udon with eggs and carrots. I’ll add milk as my ingredient, to round out our cream sauce. Might taste all right… if you like the とろけるチーズ (melting cheese) they sell at supermarkets in Japan.
The one in this photo at least has gouda and mozzarella. Half the time it just says ナチュラルチーズ (natural cheese), whatever that means.
